+I loved this hotel and how it was so close to the seafront. Staff were extremely friendly and check in very easy. It's an old hotel with a lot of character! My room was extremely clean and well equipped, the shower was great, and the bed was very comfy. I stayed in room 'Greville' and I do just want people with mobility restrictions to be aware there is a big step to get into the shower in this particular room. I would recommend informing the hotel of guests with mobility restrictions when booking so the hotel can make the necessary accommodations if possible. I did not eat here so cannot comment on food but had a drink in a bar downstairs and felt very welcomed and the staff were very friendly and polite. It was a very comfortable stay. As it is on the sea front it is close to various restaurants and bars but there is also an onsite restaurant and although I did not eat here myself, it is great if you do not want to venture out too far. If you are visiting Deal I highly recommend staying here!

“Heerlijk hotel aan zee in een leuk stadje”
+Gastvrij hotel, met een heerlijke open haard om na een wandeling door het gezellige stadje of strand neer te ploffen in de banken. Op de kamer staan goed uitgeruste koffie en theefaciliteiten.
−Badkamer was wat ouder.
