−ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE One of the most disgusting and uncomfortable places I have ever stayed in. The room was dirty, there was mould, and the overall hygiene was absolutely unacceptable. The bed was incredibly uncomfortable, making it almost impossible to get a decent night’s sleep. The mattress felt awful, and instead of resting, I spent the night tossing and turning. The combination of dirt, mould, unpleasant smells, and an uncomfortable bed made the entire stay miserable. This is supposed to be a place where guests can relax and sleep comfortably, but the reality was the complete opposite. For the money charged, the standards are beyond disappointing. Basic cleanliness, proper maintenance, and a comfortable bed should be the bare minimum, yet somehow this place fails at all three. I would never stay here again and would strongly advise others to look elsewhere. Save your money and avoid the disappointment. Absolutely not worth it.

+This was one waste of money that I had to endure in my whole trip. My first time in Brussels and booked this place based on the location which is like pretty good, but then thats the only good point. The entrance of the hotel was very discernable and found it hard to find it and then you have to walk a steep flight of steps to reach the reception. Check in was pretty fast, but then my room was in ghe third floor and there was no lft and the stairs were very narrow. Lugging bags up those stairs in itself is a task, particularly for me after taking a bus from Amsterdam. The room was nothing like i have ever seen, a strong musty smell as soon as I opened it and it looked so small and dingy. The bed linen was dirty and the sheets were smelling. When I asked the staff present about the condition he simply said this is what you get for what you paid. I can understand the size of the room for the price but the smell and the dirty linen is not what I paid for. He simply wasn't willing to talk and simply said "it is what it is". I checked out and rebooked myself into another hotel. This is a nightmare even for budget traveller's. I would definitely say AVOID THIS PLACE

−Stairs look like from a scary movie, the house keeping staff arrived in the morning and started playing their music next to my bed headboard in the storage room, the bathroom was not clean, the entire room was dusty, the pillow had stains and mattress was so uncomfortable I was afraid to fall from bed. Tv only plays 2 channels. I had a bad experience and do not recommend this place to anyone.

−Tout d’abord, l’état de la chambre était inacceptable : * Une très mauvaise odeur était présente dans la chambre. * J’ai constaté des traces de sang sur les rideaux. * Le lit était sale et inconfortable. * La salle de bains était également sale. * J’ai même trouvé du sang sur le papier toilette. Ces conditions sont totalement inacceptables pour un établissement proposant des chambres à ses clients. La chambre était manifestement mal entretenue et ne respectait pas les normes d’hygiène que l’on est en droit d’attendre d’un hébergement. Cependant, le plus grave concerne le comportement d’un membre de votre personnel à la réception dans la nuit de vendredi à samedi. À mon retour d’une soirée, je me suis présentée à la réception afin de récupérer la clé de ma chambre, comme cela est nécessaire lorsque l’on quitte l’hôtel. Au début, la conversation avec le réceptionniste était tout à fait normale. Il m’a ensuite suivie jusqu’à ma chambre en me demandant si j’avais besoin d’aide. Je lui ai répondu à plusieurs reprises que non, poliment et clairement. Malgré mes refus répétés, il insistait pour m’aider et refusait de quitter ma chambre. −Het hotel was smerig! Wij zijn niet langer als 5 minuten gebleven. Schimmel in de douche en het stonk. Daarnaast liepen er insecten en bedwantsen. Te smerig voor woorden! Nooit heen geen
