+Mr. Mohammed Host is amazing person, close to center ,

−Very disappointing and unprofessional experience. We booked the Royal Hostel Apartment months in advance (around January) and informed the property that we would arrive at approximately 8:00 PM. However, when we were almost there, the owner suddenly started sending WhatsApp messages saying that we would be staying at a completely different property (Blue Diamond). This was presented as a decision, not a question. We refused because the alternative accommodation did not offer the same conditions we had booked. We specifically chose Royal Hostel because it had a private bathroom and was within walking distance of our pick-up point for an early morning tour. The owner then claimed there was no space left at Royal Hostel, despite our confirmed reservation. When I stated that this was unacceptable and asked them to cancel the booking free of charge, they suddenly changed their story and said there had been a “misunderstanding” and that we were welcome to stay at Royal Hostel after all. This completely destroyed our confidence in the property. It felt like they were trying to move us elsewhere at the last minute and only backed down when we insisted on a free cancellation and mentioned c

“Pessima”
+Niente perché non ci hanno fatto entrare
−Hostess che ci aspettava era un egiziano che non capiva né Albanese né Italiano solo un po' di Inglese e era molto arrogante dopo di aver dimostrato il pernottamento e il pagamento con la carta non ci ha fatto entrare e ci ha chiesto soldi in contanti.Abbiamo chiamato la Polizia e lo abbiamo denunciato.

“特别脏烂。”
+这个旅舍就在贫民窟里，环境特别脏乱差。W i f i没有，专门去找老板说了几次没有网络也没有用。特别破旧，门把手一碰就掉下来，淋浴的开关没有了，要用钳子才能打开。床上用品也特别旧，不知道洗过没有。从来没有见过这么破烂的旅舍。这么脏都能开旅舍，就没有人管吗？这种旅舍就应该关闭。

“Gute Lager aber sonst nichts positives”
+Gute Lage und für Tirana günstig, aber bitte untere Bemerkung beachten. Tiefgarage für 2000 L ca 5-10 Gehminuten entfernt
−Einen Parkplatz an der Straße habe ich nicht wie beschrieben gefunden, hab zur Schlüsselübergabe nur kurz neben einem Restaurant gehalten. Übernacht konnte ich aber laut einem Einwohner dort nicht stehen. Ich bin abends angekommen und Maps Beschreibung hat nicht 100% gepasst, aber okay in einem kleine "Restaurant " oder so wartete ein Mann auf mich. Ich habe bezahlt und dann hat er mir das Zimmer gezeigt Es ging über einen Hinterhof in den 1. Stock. Zimmer konnte abgeschlossen werden, Wohnung an sich sollte offen bleiben. Es war sehr heiß, weder die Klimaanlage noch der Ventilator hat funktioniert, es hat gerochen wie im Altenheim und aus der Dusche kam kaum Wasser. Sauber war es auch nicht wirklich. Ich war froh am nächsten Morgen direkt wieder draußen gewesen zu sein, obwohl ich echt empfindlich bin.

+Bu hosteldə qaldığım müddətdə ən çox bəyəndiyim məqam yerləşdiyi konum oldu. Mövqeyi çox əlverişli və rahat idi. Bunun xaricində isə xüsusi olaraq qeyd edə biləcəyim başqa bir məqam olmadı.
−Təəssüf ki, bu hosteldə qalmaqdan heç də razı qalmadım. Ümumilikdə çox qarışıq və baxımsız bir yer idi. Ən böyük problem isə təmizliklə bağlı idi. Mətbəx çox pis vəziyyətdə və natəmiz idi. Təmiz içməli su belə yox idi. Yataq dəstləri ütülənməmişdi və xoşagəlməz qoxu gəlirdi. Hosteldə ümumilikdə çox ağır və narahatedici bir qoxu var idi. Əşyalarımızı təhlükəsiz şəkildə yerləşdirmək üçün nəzərdə tutulan locker-lərin açarlarının olmaması isə ən böyük mənfilərdən biri idi. Bu səbəbdən əşyalarımızı rahat və güvənli şəkildə saxlamaq mümkün deyildi. Açığı, bu qədər pis şəraitlə qarşılaşacağımı gözləmirdim. Təmizlik, mətbəx, qoxu və ümumi şərait baxımından çox məyus oldum. Yalnız yerləşdiyi mövqeni bəyəndim, onun xaricində isə təəssüf ki, müsbət qeyd edə biləcəyim bir məqam yoxdur.

−Ce n’est pas un hôtel. Alors que nous cherchions l’hébergement, nous avons été interpellé par un homme qui nous a conduit dans un local sale avec une table en plastique. Méfiants, nous avons demandé à voir la chambre avant de payer. Un autre homme nous a conduits à 300 m. L’immeuble était délabré, sans lumière (voir photo). La chambre était à l’avenant. Nous sommes partis et avons demandé l’annulation. A fuir !
