“Did the job we expected.”
+Room was clean , and comfortable. Great location on Garibaldi square very close to train station and taxis.
−Non of the power sockets would fit our European plug apart from the hairdryer socket in the bathroom.

“Being there for an overnight was perfect value for money with location and help from staff”
+The whole experience was great . I was contacted the day before by Francesca to confirm my time of arrival and to make sure that they could assist me with any special request i.e. early check in or airport pickup. As it is the property is 5 min walk from bus stop. The room was clean well appointed and comfortable . The staff was super helpful and responded to communication promptly. Julia who served breakfast was very pleasant.
−The outside of the property was old and surrounded area seemed a little dodgy but that is part of the character of downtown Naples . However the inside has been upgraded and is surprisingly pleasant.
