“Wonderful stay!”
+We had such a lovely stay at Roy’s Rendezvous Guesthouse! We stayed in one of the huts with a balcony, and the room was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed, including air conditioning, a comfortable bed, space to hang our clothes, and a bathroom with a hot shower. This place is truly a gem. It’s just a minute’s walk from the beach, with a local store right around the corner and a few restaurants nearby. The beach is also less crowded, which made our stay even more relaxing. The guesthouse itself is quiet and peaceful. The staff were incredibly helpful and thoughtful. They would always ask us a day in advance what we wanted for breakfast and make sure it was freshly prepared and served hot at the time we requested. Breakfast was great too! You can choose from Filipino or American breakfast, omelets with fruits, and drinks like coffee or hot chocolate. Everything was delicious and nicely prepared. I’d definitely recommend Roy’s Rendezvous Guesthouse to anyone looking for a clean, peaceful, and convenient place to stay near the beach. We’ll definitely be coming back, and next time we’ll probably book the family room since we’ll be bringing the whole family. Thank you for

“Rustic way of life”

+I had a very good stay here. The hotel is budget-friendly and offers good value for money. The staff were very nice, friendly, and helpful throughout my stay. The Wi-Fi/internet connection was good, and the hotel is conveniently located near the ocean only one minute walking distance. It is located in Station 3, which is a quieter area, but Station 2 is only about a 10-minute walk away, so restaurants, shops, and other activities are still easily accessible. A special thanks to Bel for the excellent support. I arrived very early, around 6:00 AM, and Bel was very helpful and fully supported me with the early check-in arrangements. I really appreciated the kindness and assistance. Overall, a comfortable, affordable, and convenient place to stay in Boracay. I would definitely consider staying here again.

“A very cozy, relaxing, warm and private place to stay!”
+The serenity and ambiance of the space. The rooms were clean and well maintained. Breakfast was served in our rooms. It is very calming and we can relax if we dont feel walking along the beach. Staff are very accomodating and helped us in checking in. We arrived very early but the staff tried to accomodate as asap. Very much appreciated. If you prefer a place cozy, relaxing and private, we would vouch for Roy's., Would definitely come back again!

“AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS!!!!”
+Absolutely nothing
−Everything was not up to our expectations. From not being properly listed on google maps, it was impossible to find. The photo on the listing did not match with the description on the room advertisement when we finally reached the hotel. There were multiple blood stains on the sheets, and it looked like it hasn’t been washed in years. There were holes in the furniture from ants and termites eating through it. There were nests inside the furniture and the eggs inside the bed frames and tables were very visible. There were also mold all over the walls and their remedy was to just paint over it. Furthermore, water damage was everywhere and when it rained, the ceiling would drip water down onto the beds. The most shocking aspect of this experience was that my friend and I had also discovered bed bugs and my friend was bitten from head to toe. The infestation was apparent when we checked the beds and discovered carcasses underneath the mattress. With all of these unfortunate events occurring, we decided to check out early as this was unacceptable. We requested for a refund and the manager was conveniently out of town and unable to take a call due to being ‘sick’. They pretended that the

“Incredible staff! Will be back!”
+The staff! Excellent service! I traveled alone, but I booked a room for two. Guess what? They prepared two breakfast still, the other being in another disposable container that I could eat for lunch!
