“Bed Bugs alert”
+The breakfast and people serving are kind
−Bed bugs. The whole hostel has bed bugs and i got several bites. It took me 10 days to recover. The hostel administration promised a refund but did not respond to my emails, calls and messages.

“Good central location but quite a lot of steps - no lift.”

−Many steps to get to our room after a long day's walking. Just happened to be a noisy demonstration in the square outside but not much the hotel could do.

+The location, the history, the amazing staff ( kind, helpful, caring, friendly) are all great reasons to visit and stay at Rossio Hostel. The room has the most spectacular views including seeing the castle lit up at night. Kamal and Frukan provided such great service. Kamal helped me secure a taxi and where to eat for quality and good price. Frukan made an excellent mix fruit drink to enjoy!
−The stairs from the first floor to get to my room on the 4th floor were a bit more than expected with luggage for anyone who has any physical health issues ( like a bad back). There are no elevators & limited staff available to assist with lifting luggage. The room had the most magical view of Rossio Square! However, the bed itself was incredibly hard and the pillows were equally flat. Although there is no AC, the fan was excellent. Check out is no later than 12 noon but when I returned to my room to retrieve my luggage at 11:45 am my room door key no longer worked. This meant I had to walk again down a flight of stairs (40-50 steps) to request access to my room so I could grab my luggage and check out.

+Great location. Lovely staff making breakfast with homemade crepes (with toppings) and scrambled eggs. Bunk beds were tall enough to sit up in and had a good shelf, light and plug/usb/usb-c socket. The under bed locker that locked with key card was good!
−Very tired and in need of a bit of TLC. Looked a bit like a store cupboard in places. Dusty. Hard mattress. Wouldn't stay again, even with the good location. But good breakfast!

“Hostal bien ubicado Pero instalaciones muy viejas y no es nada cómodo !”
+Que estaba muy bien ubicado! Y el personal muy amable como lo atendían y ayudaban en todo momento! Las Señoras que preparan la comida muy amables, cariñosas, y atentas.
−Tenía muchas gradas, muy complicado subir así con maletas, no estaba limpia la habitación, muy poco espacio entre las literas y se golpeaba uno la cabeza, los baños se acababa el papel no ponían, se inundaba el baño y hasta que dimos el aviso llegaron a limpiar pero paso una noche así inundado y no se podía uno labar los dientes o entrar al baño, no había jabón en las duchas y para bañarse super incómodo porque se apaga el agua y hay que estar apachando! Los lockers estaban en el suelo sucio no había donde dejar bien las cosas, ropa, etc y por último las chinches que habían en la cama fatal ! Vine llena de ronchas nos picaron a todas las que estábamos en la habitación! deberían de fumigar! El desayuno era igual todos los días no variaban! yo estuvo 6 días y aburre comer lo mismo!

“Gran ubicación y ambiente”
+Ubicación, amabilidad del personal, ambiente.. la habitación era sencilla pero con unas vistas inmejorables, cómoda y limpia.
−No tiene ascensor pero sin posibilidad de instalarlo.

−A casa de banho está completamente diferente das imagens, precisam de um reparo e repaginada.
