“Disappointing Stay”
+The hotel is okay for short stays, and the room has a private balcony.
−The room is smaller than the displayed pictures. The washroom heater doesn't work properly and the washroom door lock has broken. No proper insulation (You will feel the cold even inside the room). Not woth the money. You can find such hotels in the same area with less amount. Don't deceived by the pics in the app! 🥲

“All in all would recommend this for anyone on a budget staying in the area”
+The couple running it is suuper friendly and the food was delicious, the views from the balcony are unbeatable!
−Room/floor gets chilly, so I recommend bringing some house shoes (the bathroom floor often stays wet from the showers so socks can be annoying)

“The location and the host were nice, but the humidity inside (it’s normal for the outside, but inside shouldn’t be like”
+The location was great, the host is very nice aswell.
−It was very moist inside, could’t even put down our clothes on the ground without it getting wet, and the weirdest part-the building is currently under construction so it was impossible to rest durring daytime because of the noise, workers and their stuff everywhere.

“Superb”
+I recently stayed at Rosenka Hotel and had a wonderful experience. The hotel offers excellent facilities that cater to both comfort and convenience. It truly felt like a home away from home , cozy, quiet, and welcoming. One of the standout aspects was the price. For the level of comfort and service provided, the rates are very reasonable, making it a great value for money. The staff were polite, responsive, and always ready to help, which added to the overall positive experience.

“Its good”
+Location and 24 hour phone response.
−I think that the toilet inside the drainage pipe should be covered by some suitable thing.

“Lovely family, beautiful views, incredible food”
+We loved staying with Jagath for three days. He and his family were so warm, welcoming, and helpful. He had good knowledge of the local area and gave us good recommendations, and organised our transfer to Tangalle. The food was incredible. Jagath’s wife cooked 5 or 6 different curries every night, which were all delicious. Rooms are simple and clean with wonderful views of the landscape. The train track runs just below the property so you can see the train a couple of times a day (no noise disturbance though). Thank you Jagath for taking such good care of us!
