+The good - dinner and breakfast were excellent - breakfast cooked to order is a bonus.
−The rooms are a bit tired - shower needed sealant redone though it worked well enough. The mattress was quite worn and a friend commented in similar vein for her room. so I didn’t sleep quite as well as I could have done. Perhaps time to invest in new ones. But the staff are very friendly and efficient

+Staff were so lovely, even received a courtesy knock the next morning just to say breakfast would be finishing soon, which was great as I mistakenly thought it finished later! Room was perfect for a one night stay, comfortable bed. Breakfast was brilliant too!
