+Location. Near the beach in the south of Agonda. The staff were good, helpful. The restaurant was good and inexpensive.
−My room looked out over a wasteland,

+- Comfortable double bed - nice restaurant in the Rosa Mystica - close to the beach and butterfly beach (you can go there by boad) - close to the restaurants and shops - nice terrace before the room.
−- The bathroom door was made of glass with newspaper stuck to it, and it didn’t look nice.

“Good location and room but poor bathroom”
+- Comfortable double bed - nice restaurant in the Rosa Mystica - close to the beach and butterfly beach (you can go there by boad) - close to the restaurants and shops - nice terrace before the room.
−- The bathroom window was just a hole in the wall, so mosquitoes could fly into the bathroom. There was also a hole between the wall and the roof, allowing all kinds of insects to enter. - The bathroom door was made of glass with newspaper stuck to it, and it didn’t look nice. - The bedding was dirty. I don’t know if it hadn’t been washed or if it was just old and stained, but it didn’t make a good impression. - no toilet paper

“Close to beach, very basic stay.”
+This location is almost on the beach. It is a quick two minute walk. The staff was helpful. When you ask, they clean the room. AC is strong.
−I really had to push to get things like a blanket for the second bed, and a kettle. They did eventually arrive after numerous requests. The listing said breakfast is included, but we were told breakfast was not included. Drinking water is not provided. WiFi did not work. Price was jacked up bc of the holidays, but services and amenities did not reflect the higher price. Not worth more than about 1600.

“Enjoyed the stay.”
+The hotel is just 100 meters away from the beach. The food in the restaurant attached to the hotel is exceptional, we loved the food from breakfast till dinner. The atmosphere around the place is also peaceful.

“Good but issues”
+The location, the softer bed, the water was in the main hot
−The toilet cistern overflowed so we had to turn the water off once full then back on again after each flush then on to fill it ready to flush, remembering to turn it off again the shower, although there was hot water the pressure was so low once turned to be a shower hardly any water coming out. Plus there was water & electric outages. The staff didn’t seem to know what breakfast was if you booked breakfast in advance.
