+Our stay was excellent! The room was very beautiful, spotlessly clean, and carefully maintained down to every detail. The location is ideal, as it is close to both the city centre and the train station, making it very convenient to get around. A big thank you to Mr. Francesco, who was extremely kind, welcoming, and always willing to help. He made us feel very comfortable and contributed greatly to making our stay wonderful. We highly recommend this accommodation! 😊

+Great stay in Bologna! I’ve traveled to many countries and stayed in countless places, but staying at Francesco’s apartment in Bologna was truly one of my favorite experiences. As a solo female traveler, safety and peace of mind are always my top priorities when choosing accommodation, and this place felt exceptionally safe, comfortable, and welcoming. Unbeatable Location The location couldn't be better. It’s super close to both the city center and the main train station, which was a lifesaver since I didn't have to haul my heavy backpack onto any buses. Plus, there’s a great local restaurant right next door! Thoughtful & Dedicated Host Finding the apartment and checking in was completely seamless. Francesco was there waiting for me when I arrived and walked me through every single detail of the apartment, down to pointing out the provided shampoo. Even though he doesn't speak fluent English, he tried his absolute best to explain everything thoroughly to make sure I was completely comfortable. −More of a building remark: I generally prefer taking the stairs anyway and don't care for elevators, which worked out fine because the building's elevator is quite tiny. If you have oversized luggage or suffer from severe claustrophobia, just keep in mind that you’ll need to walk up three flights of stairs!

+Accomodation was in the middle of construction at check-in time, without any notice from host. Host was extremely unfriendly, even on the threshold of threatening. Location was poor, in the middle of a rather dead, run-diwn residentiak area without any resturants, cafes, shops, etc. nearby

“Comodità, umanità e attenzione, per un bellissimo soggiorno a Bologna centro”
+La struttura è in ottima posizione, moderna e pulita. Completa di ogni dotazione. Francesco è stato un host molto disponibile, simpatico, presente ed empatico (a causa di una cancellazione aerea siamo arrivati in struttura alle 3:00 del mattino e lui, non solo ci ha accolto personalmente, ma ci ha anche dato diverse informazioni e indicazioni). In un mondo in cui i rapporti diventano sempre più rari, trovare persone con queste qualità è raro. Comodissima la macchinetta del caffè in camera, con capsule e qualcosa da sgranocchiare a disposizione degli ospiti.

−The owner cancelled my reservation on the day of arrival because the bathroom was not functioning. I understand that unexpected problems can happen and that sometimes accommodation cannot be provided as booked. However, what I found particularly disappointing was that the owner provided no assistance in finding alternative accommodation. I had already paid the full amount in advance, yet the owner reported me to Booking.com as a no-show. I find this extremely unfair, as I did not cancel the reservation or simply fail to arrive. The owner cancelled my accommodation on the day of arrival due to a problem with the bathroom and then reported the situation as if I had been responsible. I understand that unexpected issues happen, but I expect a professional and honest approach. At the very least, I would have expected help finding alternative accommodation and an accurate report of what actually happened.
