+Very well located, with easy access to the main tourist attractions. The hotel’s concept offers an atmosphere of independence and freedom, while the shared kitchen encourages interaction among guests who feel comfortable and open to socialising.
−One minor downside is the lack of an elevator to access the floor where the rooms are located, particularly when carrying heavy luggage.

“Wonderful stay with an amazing host!”
+Everything was great! The apartment was comfortable and had everything we needed for our stay. The location was lovely, but the best part was definitely the host. He was incredibly kind, friendly, welcoming, and helpful. He really made our stay even better!

“It's cheap.... But not great...”
+Location is the main reason to book this. We stayed 2 nights. The bed was comfortable enough.
−The facilities outside your room are below average. The kitchen was minimal. Enough to make instant noodles maybe, but not clean. The biggest issue was the shower. The building has 2 shower areas. Both were not clean. The hot water supply must have been severely broken. It would shift without touching the tap from scolding hot, to stone cold. Plus the flow was mostly a trickle. No one else was using water in the building while showering... To clarify "not clean", the spaces were tidy. No rubbish or anything. The mirror had been whipped that sort of thing. At a guess, the floor had not been mopped in 6 months, the shower walls and floor had lime build up all over and mold in the corners. The shower heads kind of dribbled from the calcium clogging the holes.

“Stopover in Venice”
+We stayed in a room within the apartment. It's up a few flights of stairs in an old building. The apartment is furnished with traditional furnishings. It has a family style kitchen, a bathroom with toilet and a fabulous shower. This along with seperate toilet were very clean. Although the place is not 4star it was comfortable for a couple of nights. I would stay here again.

−Reception inesistente, per entrare nella prima volta nel palazzo ci hanno fatto aspettare tantissimo tempo fuori al freddo Il giorno prima gli avevamo chiesto se il giorno dopo avremmo potuto lasciare gli zaini su, ci hanno detto che andava bene e poi quando dovevamo ritirarli nessuno ci ha aperto il portone per recuperare gli zaini, per fortuna che lo hanno fatto degli ospiti Pulizia non buona, assenza di ciabatte e di cestino della spazzatura Prezzo alto per quel che offre, vabbè che è pur sempre Venezia

“Einfach, aber gut.”
+Die Kommunikation war sehr gut, es war sauber und angenehm, kein Luxus, aber einfach und gut. Es gibt eine Küche und sogar einen Aufenthaltsraum. Es wirkt mehr wie ein Hostel, gut geeignet für Traveller, weniger für Reisende mit hohen Ansprüchen. Die Matratzen waren gut, die Leintücher sauber.
−Bessere Kochtöpfe in der Küche wären gut und etwas mehr Besteck. Die Polster am Kopfende des Bettes sind alt und fleckig. Der Duschkopf in der zweiten einfacheren Dusche ist schwer aufzuhängen.
