“Definatly would recommend and will definitely be returning”
+Upon arrival check in wasn’t untill 3pm however you was able to leave your luggage in storage then you could go off and enjoy your day as was the same on departure. The rooms were very clean and the housekeeper was very pleasant when speaking to her. I didn’t order breakfast at the time of booking however on my departure day I added breakfast and wow it was very good, guests pay £10 for the breakfast and it is help yourself to continental, both hot and cold drinks and then you pick a hot breakfast from the main menu (lots of choice) the breakfast came well presented and was very good. Highly recommended. I stayed on the 6th floor and my room was very hot on occasions however the fan was a great addition as was needed, I could hear some of the nightlife in the early hours but nothing that kept me awake and if you are honing to book an hotel so near to everything you do expect this. A very good stay and will definatly be returning.
−I didn’t like the fact that a £50 holding deposit was taken at time of check in incase of damage to the room. Also as someone who enjoys a few cups of tea to start my morning, I found myself constantly asking for more milk, maybe add a few more to the room.

“So so noisy”
+Close to city centre and clean
−The property is right next to several night clubs that play into the small hours and there is basically no sound proofing in the windows so was kept awake until it stopped playing at 2am on a Wednesday night

“Great overnighter for work but be aware of the loud nightlife.”
+Friendly staff and a huge room with good facilities.
−Central location is handy, but also means that there are a number of bars very close to the hotel which only settle around 1am.

+Location was excellent, very central to everything shops, bars restaurants all within walking distance. Staff were friendly & helpful
−Beds were pushed together which left a hollow in the bed which was uncomfortable

+Really welcoming at reception, room was a perfect size for two adults and child. Breakfast was fantastic, probably the best I've had in a hotel. It's quiet too despite being pretty close to the centre.
−Not much.
