“Highly recommmed. Fantastic location - 5min walk to Shinbashi station which pretty much gets you anywhere in Tokyo by 1”
+Wonderful location and an exceptionally lively host who checked in on us regularly and made sure we were comfortable. The apartment was quite large for Tokyo. Fit our family of 4 comfortably and very good amenities with the kitchen, laundry, two showers and two toilets. Could not recommend more.

“Great place if you are not too fuzzy about the breakfast”
+We stayed with as a family with 3 small children. Everything was great! Great location, walking distance to 2 train stations. We were very comfortable in the space. The host is very kind.
−Struggled to find a spot for the breakfast. We had to get sushi from the local convenience store. The host provided cooking equipment but we didn’t use it.

+Awesome host, Mr. Mun is. 3 bed plus sofa bed (one being about queen size) was more than what we, 4 adult family, needed. 2 toilets and 2 showers, washer/dryer, and separate living area. Walkable to 2 near by train stations in 10 min and many restaurants nearby. Even the weather got so much better when we got to Tokyo gor 6 days. Recommend ROOMS for 3 or more people groups.

“Top apartment in great location and fantastic host!”
+Sik, the host, could not have been more helpful and kind. He is a great host and very hospitable. The flat was spotless and very well equipped. I travelled with my 3 teenagers and we had plenty of room and everything we need for our 3 night stay. The apartment is in a quiet street and really well located, buses, subway and trains are a short walk away. Many interesting areas are also within walking distance or a short hop using public transport. Lots of great restaurants and bars are within 10 minutes and there are plenty of convenience stores near by too. A great space for families wanting to explore Tokyo!

+Amazing host, in a clean very comfortable apartment, the unit has 2 toilets and 2 showers, it was very convenient for family of 4. The apartment is located in a quiet area and very close to a lot of restaurants and bars. You also have few subway lines around. The host was very friendly and helpful. You can’t find a better place.

“Exceptional accomodation - BOOK NOW”
+Fantastic accomodation. The beds are very comfortable, plenty of room, very clean & perfect, facilities are fantastic & the host is amazing. Great location & quiet as well. If this place is available do not hesitate to book it, as you will not be disappointed. Sik the host was there to greet us & took the time to explain everything & answer any questions. On our trip in all of Japan, this was by far the best place to stay.

“Great place to stay in Tokyo”
+Lots of space and plenty of amenities. Very close to shinbashi dining areas and train station - making it easy to travel around Tokyo. The host was very friendly and helpful, giving us a very early check in after our overnight plane arrived early in the morning and we had young children.

+It was my first time visiting Tokyo with my family and staying at Rooms was one of my best choices! Host was very helpful with our inquiries, very responsive and exceptionally friendly and considerate. I would rate our stay 5 stars for the fully equipped kitchen, 2 separate bathrooms, washing machine and comfortable beds! The location was amazing with so many good restaurants nearby and train stations are within 10 mins walking distance. The next time we come back to Tokyo, I will certainly stay at Rooms without any doubts!
