“Excellent location in the heart of a beautiful city”
+Fantastic location - an ideal base to explore Split. Just a couple of minutes from Diocletian's Palace, a short stroll to the seafront, and also very close to the start of the Marjan Hill walk. We took a tour to the Krka National Park and the drop off point for the coach at the end of the day was just a minute or two away from the apartment... a big bonus after a lovely but tiring day!
−Nothing bad at all but it was a little noisey in that you could clearly hear conversions outside in the morning... that didn't bother me but my gf was a bit more sensitive to the noise.

“Excellent location but...”
+The locaton was very good, it was great for popping in whenever we needed a comfort break or have a rest. Excellent communication and check in was very smooth - self check- in! Mattress was very comfortable and aircon working.
−Cutlery and cups were right under the staircase catching all the dirt from your feet. The freezer needs defrosting, the towels were crunchy and one of the bins had not been emptied:-(

+Location was amazing. The apartment was lovely and spacious wih a lot of available amenities and storage options.
−You could hear the people in the neighbouring apartment. There's no possibility for sunlight coming into the room. Beware of the stairs to the bedroom as they could be a bit risky.

+Kleines, aber sehr schönes und sehr gut gelegenes Apartment. Ich selbst hatte nicht unbedingt ein Problem damit, da ich tagsüber immer unterwegs war und mich dadurch eigentlich nur zum Schlafen in dem Apartment aufgehalten habe. Es gibt aber vielleicht auch Menschen, denen die Info, dass es sich um ein Souterrain Apartment (wodurch es sehr dunkel ist) handelt, im Vorfeld wichtig gewesen wäre.
−Es müsste unbedingt eine Grundreinigung gemacht werden. Der Vermieter ist zwar direkt gekommen und hat alle Punkte, die ich ihm gezeigt habe gereinigt, aber es müsste unbedingt eine Grundreinigung gemacht werden. Schade, so gehen viele Punkte in der Bewertung verloren.

−Das Apartment ist-vermutlich durch permanente Vermietung- nur oberflächlich geputzt. Aber die Saison geht zu Ende und dann wird sicher eine Generalüberholung des Apartments erfolgen. Es ist perfekt gelegen und auch liebevoll gestaltet.
