“Comfortable room in a good location.”
+Nice room centrally located and convenient to all major sites in the historic center. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The AC worked well. - The host was very pleasant and helpful and met me at the building to explain everything I need to know about the room.
−The room came with an electric kettle. There were two sachets of cappuccino. It would have been nice if there was more cappuccino or coffee sachets, and perhaps some teabags and milk to cover the three nights / mornings that I stayed there. These are small, inexpensive touches that most rooms typically provide. These little touches increase the user’s comfort and experience.

“Great stay in Split”
+The location was fantastic, inside the old town. The room was spacious and the owner was really nice and willing to help us! We would definately reccomend it!

“Perfect, highly recommend!”
+Location was amazing, really could not have been better, right inside the palace but down a quieter side street. Perfect. The room was very comfortable with a nice bed, clean and functional bathroom.

“Incredibly center and nice owner”
+Incredibly center in Split. I'm not sure there is a closer room to the center in all of Split. The owner was very good to work with - very friendly and helpful. He also accommodated our request for storing our luggage when we arrived.
−You have to lug your things up flights of stairs but this is standard for apartments. The A/C worked well but the fan turns off when it hits the set temp which can disturb your sleep a little. I think this is also standard for A/C's in Europe.

“Very convenient to everywhere”
+In the center of the palace , can see the sphinx from the window which is super cool
−Some crazy tourists talking near mid night at the Jupiter temple which is really loud ; but that has nothing to do with the property

“Perfect for exploring the city”
+The location was a perfect base to explore the city. We could access the historic attractions on the doorstep, lovely restaurants and evening entertainment a few meters away. It was easy to get changed between activities too. Even though we were in the centre, there was no evening noise as the windows and shutters kept it out. The owner was extremely accommodating; welcomed us to the city, allowed us to check in early, leave our suitcases the day we checked out and even left a bag to put our wet swim things in. He very kindly said to contact him if we needed anything which was appreciated. The room was the perfect size - plenty of luggage space, sockets, immaculately clean and strong wifi.
−Was advertised as a double but was two single beds pushed together. A topper to connect the beds would have been sufficient.
