+The property is located at city center. The essentials such as supermarkets and restaurants are nearby.
−The room was a gloomy due to lack of lighting and bathroom's light was not working. I had reported to the owner that the lights does not work. He could only get the light on my check-out date. There was only the owner to take care of everything. He is old and being the only one to take care is quite difficult which I understand.

“Awful host in a beautiful town”
+Good location
−I rarely write bad reviews, but I hope this helps others avoid a miserable experience. 1. Parking is at an illegal spot at the limited grocery store parking next door (host stood in a spot as I arrived and argued with a customer as they told him to move) 2. Host didn’t know the WiFi password (I had to get it for him using command prompts on his computer) 3. WiFi only works in the host’s office and in the room above his office, nowhere else 4. Host can be hostile and very disingenuous (he told me I can stay in the room where WiFi actually works, then kicked me out of it the next day, and trapped my car in with his until I gave him the keys that he gave me) 5. Host refuses a refund through booking.com, lying and saying he didn’t kick me out of the room he agreed to let me stay in, forcing me to deal with my credit card company to get a refund instead Overall an awful experience with an awful host. There are much better bookings in the area if you want to enjoy the beautiful town.

“Mon remboursement et Je supporte les frais j'ai pas loge ce jour. Je pense me désabonner et publier”
+Je souhaiterais etre remboursé en supportant les taxes. J'étais pas dans ce établissement moi je voulais Bâle en Suisse et non en Croatie. Très mauvaise expérience j'ai dormi dehors faute d'hôtel.
−Le fait Que je demande mon remboursement en supportant les frais et que c'est pas fait .moi j'ai pas loge cette nuit là bas. Svp remboursement et je supporte les frais. Je pense me désabonner et publier au different réseaux cette soirée désagréable. Si je ne suis pas remboursé

+Valle è un incantevole piccolo paesino in pietra, situato in una posizione strategica tra Rovigno e Pula. Armando, il nostro host, è stato di una gentilezza ed accoglienza disarmanti. Si è preoccupato ogni giorno che tutto fosse perfetto e che noi stessimo bene, ci ha gentilmente prestato la sua tessera per accedere alla spiaggia del camping Mon Perin e ci ha consigliato i ristoranti dove cenare. Oltre a tutto questo, non ci ha mai fatto mancare un sorriso, una chiacchierata e una parola gentile. Ci siamo affezionati subito, difficile il contrario. La stanza è spaziosa, con un comodo armadio ed il bagno dotato di tutte le necessità. Rapporto qualità prezzo, ottimo. Vivamente consigliato.

+Domaćin je izuzetno ljubazan i susretljiv. Pomogao nam je unijeti kofere. Rezervirao nam je parking odmah pored smještaja. Donio nam je domaća jaja kao znak dobrodošlice.
−Kada smo stigli, posteljina je bila puna dlaka (vjerojatno od prijašnjih gostiju) pa smo je morali sami promijeniti. Pod je bio prepun dlaka. Kupaonica nije bila čista - morali smo je detaljno izribati. Kuhinja je bila vrlo prljava, posuđe i radne površine nisu bili u stanju pogodnom za pripremu hrane. TV nije radio. Morali smo sami kompletno usisati apartman i kupiti sredstva za čišćenje.
