−Unfriendly and incompetent young staff. Well, 50% are amazing, 50% are catastrophes on legs. Management if you read me : train your people to hospitality standards.

“Owned/run by the stingiest person in Hotel industry. You feel like Oliver Twist during breakfast !”

−This place is owned and run by the stingiest person in Hotel and Tourism industry that you can imagine. Stingy to the point that there is no light in the rooms and you have to use your Phone Torch in the room to find things ( Please be advised I am not old or blind !) During the breakfast, you feel like Oliver Twist in Charles Dickens Novel if you want to ask for extra small glass of tea or coffee or a piece of bread. The Omelette is being served without a piece of bread so make sure you take one piece with you if you wish. You can chose only one ingredient in your small Omelette. For example cannot have mushroom with cheese, you must chose either this or that. You are allowed to chose 1 item from the 3 choices you are given. One young girl who works very hard like headless chicken and a guy serve the breakfast and take orders. Due to lack of enough staff , our breakfast arrived late and the hot eggs were so cold. I asked it to be changed, it was microwaved and brought back. The guy apologised that they can not microwave the egg as it will become stiff. We accepted and continued with this dish. A few minutes later he arrived with a newly made dish but we had already had the cold Om

+A very pleasant stay with excellent staff and a modern design. We really enjoyed our 7 night stay at Roome Hotel. Everyone was friendly, helpful, and genuinely interested in making our stay as comfortable as possible. The room design is modern, stylish, and well thought out. We really liked the modern and comfortable atmosphere of the hotel. We also really appreciated how seriously the reception team took our feedback and concerns. For example, in our first room, light was coming through the door at night and was disturbing our sleep. We mentioned this to the reception, and they took the issue seriously, tried to find a solution, and helped us look for another room. It was great to see that our concerns were listened to and that the team genuinely tried to help rather than simply dismissing the problem. The breakfast was also very good, with a nice variety of options. We actually preferred this concept to the typical buffet you find in many hotels. The selection felt more personal and the quality was very good. Overall, we had a very positive experience and especially appreciated the friendly staff and their willingness to help. We would be happy to stay at Roome Hotel again.

“Excellent séjour”
+Très bel hôtel au design contemporain. Chambre spacieuse avec tout le confort nécessaire. Literie très confortable. Personnel très serviable, accueil chaleureux. Service valet voiture (indispensable). Excellent petit déjeuner. Bien situé et facile d’accès.
−Discothèque dans le bar du rez-de-chaussée le samedi soir, mais les boules Quies sont offertes… Mieux vaut choisir une chambre sur l’arrière de l’hôtel.
