+Super location , very pretty hotel with beautiful decor.
−Our room was at the front of the building with noise clearly heard outside making it difficult to sleep. The heat of the room was very difficult to adjust, even after we turned off the radiator and used the air conditioning. Carpets grubby on stairs, disappointing considering the cost of the room per night. A "cosy" room is tiny for two. Unfortunately I would not return.

“Perfect, I will def be back.”
+The rooms were perfect, from lots of coffee and recent good magazines to read. bed super comfy and the option to sit in the garden was such a luxury. Staff were very helpful and location could not be better.
−Bathrooms and especially the shower very small, but you are in London!

“£186 for a ‘cosy’ room. It was smaller than a broom cupboard. I had no option but to upgrade to a slightly larger room”
−The size of the room. The attitude of the night attendant : receptionist.

+I loved the style of the hotel. The staff were very attentive. The buttery next door, we found the staff serving in the restaurant attentive however when we sat outside, we waited awhile for service. My 2nd coffee I ordered did not arrive. I loved the steam iron and hairdryer. The air con was the best.
−The light under the door in the single rooms, especially the rooms at the top. The stairs were a nightmare to carry our heavy bags up. The flashing of the light of whatever flashes at the door in the room. Especially for summer, try get fridges in the rooms. They help for cold water and cooldrinks. The supermarket cooldrinks were warm so it would of been great and to keep ice trays in a freezer compartment. Also for the reception area to keep large jugs of ice water with fresh lemon and mint. Travellers are always thirsty apon arrival especially in summer.

“Would recommend”
+The decor and the theme of the hotel - not too big and great location
−The stairs are quite steep and it is difficult to carry a suitcase upstairs as there’s several floors and no lift
