“Not bad”
+I was given a room with a balcony, which was a nice bonus. The hotel is conveniently located along Gran Vía and within walking distance of the metro station. The first floor has a common area where you can enjoy your takeaway meals, with a microwave, spoons, forks, plates, and cups available for use. The room was clean, and overall, it was a comfortable stay.
−There is a strange noise coming from the air conditioner, like plastic or tape flapping in the wind. Also, the AC temperature cannot be adjusted, making the bathroom very cold when showering. There is also no divider between the bedroom and bathroom, so the cold air flows directly into the bathroom. The pillow are well used.
