+- The support on whatsapp was quick - Recommendations for the city were great
−In the morning we dropped our luggauge in the room that was suppose to be ours but we arrived early so it was still messy which was no issue. But then two hours before the official check-in they changed the room. They asked to go and get the luggage from the room and then go to the other room. When we arrived to pick up the belongings we found that the room that was suppose to be our first room was still not cleaned and the city tax which they require in cash was gone from the table (the previous guest left it) so we assumed that the owners just took the money and did not bother clean the room. - In the other room the bathroom had a broken toilet seat, which did not get changed during our four day stay. - Also the shower head was moldy - The way the property is done we assumed we will find silverware next to the plates in the common kitchen area. - The blanket on the bed was between two sheets like a sandwich so basically the blanket had no cover. And after they cleaned our room once they only put back one sheet so again no blanket sheet. - The room cleaning the last day did not happen

+Fantastic location! Very cool building! And very close to the old Roman ruin! Very cool room, simple and easy.
−The staff made it difficult to simply access the room. It was online staff and sometimes the information to get the key wasn’t easy. I had to email them twice to get the codes to open the door. Another couple had the same problem.

+Had a great location and an amazing view from the room!
−The shower was full of mold- told the property manager about it and they did nothing. The bed was also very hard and uncomfortable.

“A nice budget stay in Rome”
+Great location - some great little restaurants near by and a superb cafe just by the entrance. This isn’t a luxury hotel but did exactly what we wanted, a good value bed to stop off. Self Check was easy, a bit of a form to fill out prior to staying.
−The self check in was challenging for two Japanese traveler’s who we had to help due to the language barrier.

“Неудобная душевая кабинка портит все впечатление”
+Отель расположен очень удачно , недалеко от главной железнодорожной станции и остановок в аэропорт. Рядом есть остановки автобусов , что бы доехать до Ватикана или других достопримечательностей. Мы с удовольствием ходили пешком .
−В номере очень, просто невозможно маленькая душевая кабинка, если вы немного полноваты , то просто не сможете в неё зайти, дверь узкая. Довольно шумно из за близости перекрестка, но спасают вакуумные окна .. Была проблема с входом в здание, нужен специальный пульт. Его нам не дали ., Хорошо что жилец из этого дома объяснил, как заходить без пульта. От отеля мы получили объяснение только на следующий день. Уборка номеров только по требованию,также смена полотенец.

+Atendimento péssimo. A pessoa não falava o italiano e nem o inglês Enormes fichas de preenchimento. Perdemos uma tarde para poder entrar no quarto. Foi lamentável
−O pagamento foi muito confuso. E as dificuldades para a entrada foi enorme.
