“Good location, bad check out experience, inexperienced manager”
+Location and comfortable beds
−Tv didn’t work, and when they sent someone to fix it, we weren’t able to change channels from the main screen. We were mistakenly charged a smoking fee at checkout and the brand new manager said he could only take half of it off even though we didn’t smoke. He said the system did it. We will have to dispute the charge with our credit card since they will not resolve it.

“It could have been a much better experience”
+The hotel had nice rooms and an excellent location near Times Square and Central Park, with plenty of restaurants and shops nearby.
−my experience was negatively affected by an unjustified $573 smoking charge, despite the fact that I do not smoke. I was notified the night before checkout, causing unnecessary stress and disruption to my travel plans. I contacted the manager, Steven, but received no response. Unfortunately, this disappointing experience overshadowed the hotel’s positive aspects.
