“Very enjoyable way to spend an evening”
+All there was a concert in the port that did not finish until late when All the traffic went home it was very quiet, it was also nice to be part of what was going on we really enjoyed the music.

+The hotel is a 2 minute walk from the ferry and they allowed me to check in a little earlier than the check in time. The check in process was very easy. Everywhere was clean and the view from the room balcony was nice. There was hot water for the shower all day/night. The breakfast was delicious, with a good variety of food. I was able to store my things in reception on check out day, which was helpful. I enjoyed my stay here and would stay again.
−The shower area is quite small with only a curtain, so it sticks to you and the floor gets flooded. However, I only stayed 1 night and had already seen this from previous reviews, so it didn't bother me too much. The balconies were quite small for each room but I was lucky as I was the only person using mine, so again, this didn't affect me too much.

“Favourite place in Mandraki”
+Ideal spot just above the port. Beautiful sea views and lovely terrace to sit and chill. Stayed here a few times now and will be back.

+Nice to have outside seating with view. Breakfast was good and plentiful. Room was clean
−Staff uncommunicative. Never acknowledged us. In fact the only person who ever spoke to us was the cleaner. I know they were probably tired after a busy season but they still need to acknowledge guests. Didn’t tell us anything about the area or the hotel. Just gave us our key and that was it. Pillows were lumpy and uncomfortable. Water was very hot and perhaps a notice warning guests would have been helpful. A kettle in the room would have been nice.

+L'emplacement proche du port d'arrivée et en face de la location de scooter ou de voiture Face à la mer en 2eme ligne. Pour le logement, simple propre avec un p'tit balcon, un déjeuner en self service très copieux

“Slecht hotel. Zijn sterren niet waard”
+De ligging
−Wij weten echt niet hoe dit hotel aan zo'n hoge scores komt. Echt, wat een afbraaktent. Laten we beginnen met de ontbijtruimte. Je zit gewoon buiten onder een rieten afdak. Twee dagen slecht weer gehad. Dan kun je staand onder een afdak je ontbijt nuttigen. Een ontbijtruimte binnen is er niet. Ik heb het mee naar de kamer genomen. Dan de kamer. De bedden. Oude matrassen met van die spiraalveren. De "badkamer" muren met schimmel, een aftandse douchebak van 60x60 met een vies douchegordijn. Vieze voegen met schimmel. 2 kakkerlakken in de badkamer. Ik hoorde toen ik naar het ontbijt ging een ouder koppel hun beklag doen. Zij hadden denk ik eenzelfde kamer. Nou de reactie van de eigenaar daar vrat je geen brood van. Zij waren helemaal perplex. Ik vond dat ik hun moest bijvallen en zei tegen de eigenaar dat ik dezelfde klachten had. Hij viel echt uit tegen ons. "No one is complaining. Only you. If you want to go, go. I'l will give you your money back." Hij draaide zich om en liep boos geïrriteerd weg. Wij hebben online nog gekeken naar een ander hotel, maar alles was vol.

+Gutes und reichhaltiges Frühstücksbuffet, eher selten in Griechenland. Sehr gute Lage, toller Blick von der Riesenterrasse im oberen Stockwerk.

“Erg goede prijs kwaliteit verhouding.”
+Het ontbijt buffet was heel compleet en goed georganiseerd. Ik kwam laat aan maar kon zonder probleem direkt mijn kamer bereiken waar de sleutel in de deur zat. Een eigen balkon was fijn. De host is erg vriendelijk.
−Het sanitair was outdated. Erg oude badkamer met een deur van slechts 190 hoogte terwijl ik 195 ben. Douchen in een douchebak vsman 80 x80 met douchegordijn is voor verbetering vatbaar.
