“Two nights near my old home”
+The only down side was the bathroom sink in room 8 was slow to drain. We require a bed be super hard; this one was manageable by sleeping sideways. The service was great -- catering to my wife's dietary needs with flourish.

+Staff was amazing, and communication during and after booking was excellent. The building (built in 1830) was excellently maintained, and furnishings/decor struck the perfect balance between period and modern. The included breakfast was cooked and served in the upstairs dining room (former ballroom/meeting room). Parking was adequate and on site. The surrounding area was convenient and remote enough to be quiet, yet near necessities. The on site pub had excellent food and was reasonably priced. All in all, it was an amazing experience (for our 50th wedding anniversary), and everything we'd hoped. We'll be staying again.

+The hotel is very quaint, built in 1830. From the outside it looks like the building is not in good shape but the inside is ok. The room was fine. AC was good and the bed was comfortable. Breakfast was excellent and the staff were fine. There's a pub adjacent which has excellent food at a good price and is busy at night. The traffic can be noisy at times but wasn't too bad for the most part; we slept well. There's no elevator to go up to the 3rd floor but that wasn't a problem for us. Overall we liked it.

“Wonderful stay”
+This is a very nice historic inn. We stayed in room 6 which was exactly as advertised. The room was spacious and comfortable. The breakfast was very good and was cooked to order. Lastly the attached pub was a nice perk and enjoyable. My girlfriend has already said that we will still here again the next time we are in the area.

+Convenient location. Just a little noisy from the street noise.

+The inn is located in an old building. The windows are not sound proof, it felt like we were sleeping on the street. This was my main problem, the rest was alright.
