“I'd stay again.”
+The location was peaceful and parking was well lit. The facilities functioned nicely, from hvac to water pressure. It was comfortable and tidy.

“The accomodations were 'as expected'. I was very glad that the parking lot was well lighted.”
−I was uncomfortable with the dirty carpeting. The bedding was OK, but the top cover, and presumably the blanket, needed to be washed.

“Not the worst place we've ever stayed, but it was close!”
+We booked this hotel for two nights. We only stayed one. Despite being labeled a "Super 8" online, the sign out front says "Rodeway Inn". It seems to be in a state of transition/renovation. We checked in and made our way to our room (101) where we found the door propped open. The only things "right" about this room were the bed and the bathroom. It was obviously in a state of renovation. There was no other furniture, including lighting of any kind. The electricity on one side of the bed did not work. Cabinets were unfinished. One of the closet doors wasn't mounted, there were no coat hangers, no coffee machine, no microwave, no refrigerator--nothing. The countertop to one of the cabinets was missing! When we brought all of this to the attention of the desk clerk he seemed genuinely confused about our concerns, pointing out that the HVAC unit was brand new. He obviously had no idea about what is bare minimum for hotel amenities these days. But even without the amenities, the room was obviously in an unfinished state and should not have been rented.

+The water from the shower was brown. No big towels. Little toilet paper. The ice machine did not work. The snack machine did not work. If i knew they were renovating , would have not booked

+The facility is under reconditioning so they are dealing with running the business during the process. There was no microwave or refrigerator. The staff was very friendly and effective. The room was clean and comfortable. It is clear the much needed renovation will produce a better place to stay.
