“Great place, great value!”
+My girlfriend and I stayed in this hotel on 6/25/26 but also on 6/18/26, a week earlier. The room was clean and smelled nice. The a/c was nice and cold, the mini fridge and the microwave were clean. The staff is very friendly, plus they have an ironing board, an iron, and a safe for valuables in the room. I would recommend this place to anyone needing good, clean accommodations at a fair price.

“Will not stay at this hotel chain again.”
+The bed and room smelled musty and it was just not clean. There were dead bugs on the carpet in the hallway.

“If You Want A Great Experience”
+It is so refreshing to be remembered as a guest by management! I have stayed at this location a few times in the past but it had been a while and he still remembered me. If you're ever in Temple Texas, please stay at America's Best Value Inn, you will not be disappointed. From the location, to the room itself, everything was great!!

+Bed was comfortable and the room was a descent temperature. The door was difficult to close and was open upon arriving to the room. The shower did not have a shower head. We had to bathe with water pouring directly on us like a water hose.
