+Renovations should have extended to bathroom..outdated tub and shower. New flooring not flush to baseboards..little critters noticed in room going under gaps of flooring. When I did arrived at 3am great to have staff member in office but the first room not clean when I opened door found TV on and bed not made..later that evening staff member stated that I complained "a female staff member..shame on her if she was a co owner"..yes as I stated to her I will not occupy a room not cleaned on arrival. They did move me to a new room. The male staff members were nice and proffesional and helped when the new room was not cleaned on my return from the day while I was out..nor fresh towels. Otherwise new room was clean 6 out of 10. New fridge and working microwave.
−Renovations need to extend to old tube and shower heads..stained. Baseboards not flushed to flooring. The door to hotel room had gap, see light out side..let air from outside in..security issue..chained door system up date please..old doors, more renovations needed and new towels and fresher crisp white linens ( slightly yellow tinge on ends and warn out towels)..pillows need to be replace awkward and small slight oder..used my own pillows. Bed covering needs to be replaced other wise matress ok..just better attention to detail over all.

“Nice Motel”
+The room was very clean, the bed and pillows were great, super great shower, and wonderful staff. There were lots of plug-ins everywhere.
−The Internet was slow and buffered a lot. We had a drunk person outside our door in the parking lot making a lot of noise the second night but he left by 9pm thank goodness.

“good to bad”
+I liked how clean it was sorta. The staff was very nice, the outside was very nice and well taken care of sad they took the pool out. Location was great and close to lots of stuff to do. parking was great
−Hated the beds omg they were so bad like when I saw bad like I got barely any sleep the entire night, like something needs to change about that, also no breakfast at all... like where is the kitchen I stayed in a Rodeway inn and it had breakfast it was small but still gave us options. I hate that they got rid of the pool for a garden like no thank you, would be nice to have it and a hot tub because other than there's nothing to do on the inn's grounds you have to leave

“False advertisement”
+Absolutely nothing. I never stayed there
−The room they wanted to give me was nothing like the room I booked. So I told them I wanted my money refunded and they haven't yet.

−Manager asked for $50 more than the agreed upon booking.com price. Big hassle, not worth dealing with this BS.
