+They are remodeling and upgrading so a lot of construction. Room however was clean and comfortable Had a problem with the TV and they came and fixed it promptly. All in all a good experience.

+Book a room with 2 beds confirmed, not what was at hotel. Swimming pool was not useable, both green and draining

+Staff did not know how to look up a reservation from Expedia. They were remodeling the whole property when we stayed. The people hanging around the area were sketchy at best. Beds were old and uncomfortable. Bed bugs found in the bed.

+I was in Llano for the Crawfish Open. Needed a clean room with good a/c and a hot shower. Didn't spend a lot of time there but it was just what I needed. They are currently doing some renovations/updates so I expect it will be even better next year. Not a luxury hotel but a good base from which to explore this neat little city.

+We stayed here for 2 nights and on the 2nd night I tried to take a shower. The shower did not work! When we checked out, I let the lady at the front counter know. She argued with me instead of trying to rectify the situation. Absolutely unacceptable customer service!

“Good deal for your money.”
+Good, clean room. Quiet area. Room was recently renovated. TV didn’t work but I was too tired to complain.

+Lonestar Inn is in the middle of a renovation. The room I was in was one of the newly renovated rooms. Very nice and clean and surprisingly quiet. There were a couple of glitches: the phone and coffee machine didn't work. And there was a broken window. The staff were very polite and friendly. I would visit again.
