−Resident was cleaning the pool and playing metal music very loudly at 6:30 am. Yelled & cursed at me when I asked her to stop, claiming she “lives here” which gives her the right. The employee from the front desk asked her to turn it down but she yelled at the employee as well.

“It was okay”
+Fresh coffee and the pool
−I don't like waffles or sugar packed cereal and that's all that was offered. Most places have fruit n yogurt. Also roaches in the rooms. The bed was uncomfortable and the ac barely worked

“Do not come here”
+Location was close to where I wanted to go
−The property building and room were poorly maintained. My biggest issue was that my mattress was stained in so many places and was so filthy and beat up that it made me sick to think I had to sleep on it. I complain to the staff and beg them to help me or switch your room. They were not cooperative at all nor sympathetic. In addition the waffle maker was broken in the breakfast area. All they had was coffee Cheerios and cuppa noodles. This is a very low class poorly operating poorly maintained facility

“Worried about my vehicle outside getting broken into”
+Coffee was strong and the AC worked was able to park right outside the room
−The shower was dirty and very low water pressure. There was a big gap in the side of the door about 1/2 inch wide bugs got in. The bedspread was dirty and old.

+I didn’t bother with the breakfast. Didn’t care for the people hanging out smoking dope, asking for money outside the room. The lawn was just weeds. There’s an extension cord that runs from 300 feet from the laundry room to who knows where the curtains are full of awful holes.
