“good place to stay and stretch out your legs after a long drive.”
+the closeness to the relatives in town. I also enjoyed the size of the rooms and the amenities it included for the price. I did not like that our room was in the second floor, but I also understand there weren't any other rooms available.
−I saw a cockroach walking by the vanity in the early hours of the morning. Therefore, where there is one cockroach, there are bound to be more. But I also understand it is a hotel and it's hard to keep that under control at all times.

+Good value.
−Shower/ tub had not been cleaned. Used soap bar and shampoo still in tub from previous guest. Left me wondering how clean the rest of the room was. Water in shower never got hot. Bed was rickety.

“Overall a totally fine experience.”
+The place was a simple motel, you pretty much get what you paid for. Nothing too crazy but didn’t disappoint.
−Could be a bit cleaner and nicer, also no one was at the reception when I got there and I had to wait a couple minutes for them to show up.

+The location
−The time to check in 4 o’clock when the app is said 3 pm. I used to like the other staff that was there they were more flexible and they help you more. New staff just not as friendly. I don’t think I will go back there after these last stay in there

“Old, tattered and mildewy. Great location though. Mostly clean otherwise.”
+Location was great
−Mildew throughout bathroom. Beds creaky and lumpy. Pool closed by health department. Needed remodel 20 years ago. Generally clean outside of bathroom.
