“We weren’t impressed the first time we stayed but we gave it a second chance due to the location and rates. We won’t be”
+Convenient location to Billy Bobs Wonderland
−Black mold around the windows, a sticky mouse trap under the shelf in the bathroom with a dead mouse and roaches stuck to it. I found it when I dropped my chapstick and it rolled under the shelf. We noticed a bad smell in the room but didn’t know why. There is no service at all. No one takes the trash. No one brings clean towels or toilet paper. The only way you get those things is to ask at the front desk.

“Great location and value for a name I would not expect this much from.”
+Easy access to all things such as freeway access, plenty of places within walking distance. Clean rooms. Adequately maintained facilities.
−Slight wear and tear that is easily fixed but has no impact on your overall stay. Normal hotel room odor that was non-offensive but stereotypical.

+bed was comfortable
−Freezer was clogged with frost/ice Given room at the end of long hall, I am handicapped & had to hand carry bags to and from room. No cart. No meal service kitchen closed for remolding No discount for no breakfast. Black mold above shower and corner ceiling of bathroom. Ironing board but no iron. Other than that it was OK. Spent $10 less at Baymont on this same trip and had great room w jaccussi and good breakfast.

“We cancelled the last two nights to stay elsewhere.”
+The front desk personnel was friendly.
−There was no elevator, so you have to carry luggage upstairs. I should have cancelled my reservation right then, but someone helped me with my luggage as I have a post-surgical weight restriction so we went to the room. The room had an unpleasant smell to it.
