“Amazing view and kind host”
+The property has an incredible view of the landscape and waterfall. It is a very convenient location as just a 10 minute walk to the town or to the train station. The breakfast was really nice. The host is incredibly friendly and welcoming. Very helpful on things to do in Ella. He also helped us a lot I sorting out tuk tuks and taxis. Would recommend!

+Price is very cheap, staff is very nice and helpful .. also thr view is amazing and food was very nice
−There is lot of bugs .. its very hard to sleep they keep coming to your bed .. the weather is little hot as there is no ac .. only a fan .. also the way to the hotel is bad with lot of garbagge .. but the price is extremly low so you get what u paid for

“A little gem I will never forget”
+The room was incredibly cosy, clean, surrounded by lush greenery, with a breathtaking view that I honestly don’t think I’ll ever forget. And the breakfast was simply impressive, with an incredible variety of options. A special mention goes to Akila, who made me feel so welcome and went above and beyond to make everything seamless, from check-in to making sure breakfast was there on time, to being available for a ride to drop me to a restaurant or arranging my tuk-tuk for departure.
−The hotel is a little outside the town centre, and getting there involves a 5-10 minute walk along the railway tracks. But that’s actually part of the Ella experience, and quite a fun one!

+Honestly the most amazing stay, seriously amazing staff!! The guy that ran the accommodation was soo lovely he was kind and super helpful. The breakfast was so delicious and generous. And for the price you can’t ask for more. The views are also sooo cool!!! Would definitely recommend

“Great stay, helpful and friendly staff would stay again !”
+The balcony looks over a beautiful waterfall, The location is a bit off the beaten track so it's very quiet at night. Staff are very friendly and helpful, the breakfast at the property was very tasty.
−Room is quite basic, bathroom is more like a wet room, there can be quite a few ants.

“Fantastic”
+Rock Grand View was our favourite stay in all of Sri Lanka. We stayed in room 603 which has a spectacular view of the waterfall and a spacious balcony to enjoy it from. The room was very nice and to a high standard. Ramesh was extremely helpful getting us acquainted with the area and breakfast every day was excellent. Our stay was incredible value for money and we couldn’t recommend this place enough.

“A Beautiful Stay with an Amazing Waterfall View”
+We had a wonderful stay here. The highlight was the beautiful waterfall right in front of the property, which made the view from our room truly special. The staff were very kind, friendly, and always ready to help. They also arranged a taxi for us to continue to our next destination, which made our trip much easier and stress-free. We really appreciated the hospitality and personal service throughout our stay. A lovely place to stay in Ella, especially if you enjoy nature and peaceful surroundings.

“Een geweldig verblijf met een prachtig uitzicht! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐”
+We hebben een fantastisch verblijf gehad. Het uitzicht vanuit de accommodatie is werkelijk adembenemend, met prachtige groene bergen en natuur rondom. Het ontbijt was heerlijk, vers en met veel zorg bereid. De medewerkers waren ontzettend vriendelijk, behulpzaam en gastvrij. Ook de eigenaar was erg vriendelijk en deed er alles aan om ons verblijf zo aangenaam mogelijk te maken. Een absolute highlight is de prachtige waterval recht tegenover de accommodatie. Het uitzicht en het geluid van het stromende water maken de locatie echt bijzonder en geven je een heerlijk gevoel van rust. We zouden hier zeker opnieuw verblijven en raden deze accommodatie van harte aan! ❤️
