“It was a wonderful stay.”
+I had a great time, the room very spacious and very quiet. Everyone there is working hard they cleaning, painting, working on the garden just beautifying the place. They are all very friendly like they have known me forever. I felt right at home. I definitely recommend this amazing lodge to anyone visiting Banjul.

“Great time”
+Mr Omah, the young manager is excellent and can't.help you enough. Nothing is too much trouble. We loved our little chats in the morning. Tui lost mu wife's case and he rang the airport everyday until it was returned, he's an Angel. The whole staff team.are very friendly, they have huge heart and big smiles. Breakfast is basic but the bread is to die for, so soft and fresh A personal thank you to Omar and his lovely staff.
−There was a bit of refurbishment going on so the bar and restaurant was closed. I'm sure it's going to look great when it's finished. The dirt roads around the area are very dark at night take a good torch.

“Lovely guesthouse in a very tranquil neighbourhood”
+Roc heights is a lovely guesthouse located in a very quiet and tranquil neighbourhood not far from the beach, local markets and other amenities. I was really struggling to find a small hotel/ guesthouse around Banjul as the big hotels aren't really for me so I was really happy to come across Roc Heights. Enormous, spotless, very comfortable rooms. Beautiful guesthouse and gardens and good value for money. Staff are lovely and very helpful!
−The breakfast could be improved with some fruit/ a bit more variety.

+Very nice little property with great friendly staff. Not directly on the beach but it's a short easy walk away. My room was spacious and very comfortable. If you're looking for a beach front resort this isn't it, but if you want a large comfortable room on a nice quiet street this is a great property for you

“Great service, but could use some improvements”
+A decent stay. The biggest positive: the staff is extremely friendly and accommodating. Omar in particular was very helpful and provided great advice. The hotel itself could use some updates though. Several things in the room were not working (tv, refrigerator), the mosquito net had holes, and the water pressure and temperature were both low. The breakfast was just a hard boiled egg, some bread, and a hot beverage. There was also no bottled water in the room. The hotel didn’t offer any other food or beverage onsite, but options were available within a five-minute walk. The pool looked nice but was being painted and was out of service. A lot of potential, especially in an area with little mid-range hotel offerings.
