“Dirty and uncomfortable”
+The outside seating area was nice. Lots of toys for the kids to play with. Basics provided (washing up liquid, sponge, tea, coffee, sugar) Heating/hot water really easy to turn on/off. Swimming very close to caravan. Received deposit back only a few hours after we left.
−I booked this particular caravan after reading all the 'Exceptional' reviews of how clean it was. I will just say it was cleaner after we left. The beds were incredibly bumpy and old, really uncomfortable. Even with the heating on and windows closed it was freezing in there, we could see the curtains moving in the breeze. No comfort to be found at this caravan if thats what you need.

“Great holiday park. Nice location 👌”
+You can tell there's been a lot of money out into upgrading this site. It's clean well placed and has everything you need on site. We especially enjoyed the adult only Irish bar, and the cocktails .
−The price for the crazy golf was a bit steep, considering that is the one thing that hasn't had an upgrade.

“Great family fun !”
+Everything was great. The app was very easy to use and even during Summer holidays we managed to find last minute slots for our three children. There was so much to do.

“Overall it’s good location”
+Good location near entrance with WiFi connection.
−When we arrived the caravan is not clean at all. There’s a lot of dust and some dirt in the sofa.Also no shower head in the toilet

“Amazing, clean and professional”
+First of all the owner is amazing, professional and kind. The caravan is in a great location to the pool and entertainment. Just a short 3-4 minute walk. Short walk to the beach front and a 15 min drive to the nearest fair. Inside was clean, tidy with everything we could need, from and air fryer to a stove and cooker. It was perfect dor us as a family of 7. We all fitted comfortably! Haven't got a bad word to say. From start to finish it was a breeze. Highly recommend!

“Our short stay was okay but the park needs improvement”
+Location was good and accommodation was nice and clean
−The park it’s self seems overwhelmed with staff appearing to be under trained and winging it. The swimming pool changing rooms are very poor if you are a single dad with a daughter/s as it’s just an open room for males and one for females and the session aloud in the pool is quite short. The site itself is shabby, dirty and run down, while we were there the rubbish was piled everywhere and blowing about. In the arcade a number of the machines were faulty. The staff overall when approached for any reason were quite rude and seemed stressed. The running of the new outdoor recently opened facilities were struggling with Go carts not working and staff struggling to cope at the reception through not being trained adequately. No alcohol available to buy in the on-site shop which is a first as every other park I’ve been to there has been alcohol available to buy. It’s a shame because the revenue being generated through the large number of caravans on site should adequately be enough to provide better facilities for both the caravan owners and the holiday makers.
