“Simply amazing and a must do!”
+Everything! How do you even rate something like this? The tents were clean, beds comfy, the food so good end plenty. The toilets and showers were clean and just a little walk from the tent (for us not even 50m). How about the view!!? Exceptional!! And to be woken at night by roaring lions, well: how special!!! Hosts, staff and volunteers were absolutely fantastic! The walks were very informative, we learnt a lot and saw a lot! Thank you for this amazing experience!
−Is there anything to not like? I really have nothing I didn’t like.

“Wonderful and unique Sydney experience”
+Amazing location, beautiful views, wonderful and caring staff, great food, very thoughtful zoo itinerary and unique opportunities to see some animals up close in a private setting.
−It's very much a group experience, so your experience will also depend on the strangers you're with. We had some other guests who were constantly late and chatted in their tent until late into the night, keeping us up. I'd suggest the staff provide a bit more guidance around this kind of housekeeping with the group, especially for those new to this kind of travel.

“We absolutely loved the experience. It was the perfect end to our 3 week adventure in Australia.”
+Views from the tent. Experience in its entirety.
−Nothing. For the experience - might be worth upping the age limit for children or at least making it explicit that there will be times for listening and children (and adults) need to be able to do that. This was not the case with our group. We felt for the guides who were doing a great job.

“Worth the high price tag!”
+Amazing experience! The after hours access to the animals is unforgettable and the food, drinks, accommodation and little touches like electric blankets, cheese and wine by the fire pit looking out over the Sydney Harbour view helped create lifelong memories. The animal encounters are also fantastic! Kids and adults all thoroughly enjoyed it.
−I felt rushed to fit everything into a small time frame and feel it starting an hour or two earlier would make a big difference

“Fun night away for a child’s birthday and nice to be in the zoo without the crowds.”
+Views, food, overall experience.
−Tour was drawn out in some parts then rushed (eg dinner) in others. 4th bed in tent didn’t have an electric blanket. No shelves or bins in bathrooms for putting your things.
