“I don’t believe I would stay there again.”
+The staff was friendly
−The bed seemed not cleaned to begin with. I disregarded it but later regretted not letting staff know. The bed was made however it had some dirt debris. Later I found a larvae on my pillow right as o was laying my head to sleep. It was so late already after I the concert I didn’t believe they would switch the rooms. I woke up to report the insect incident but was told management came in after 3 to call later. The worker took a picture of my daughter’s insect bite that she woke up with and gave me an email to send but I have not received any response.

“Good value, and accommodating staff.”
+My first room assignment was unacceptable; there was a very strong mildew-like odor. I informed the front desk, and was given a room across the hall that was perfectly fine. No issues other than that. I was given a late check out time that really helped me out on my final day, and the front desk staff received a couple Amazon packages for me. All in all, a very good two nights in Roanoke. Thank you.

“Do Not Go There.”
+It was close to home.
−Everything was old and smelly and unclean. Customer service was awful,we were misled by hiding info regarding pets and were charged $300 for 2 little dogs, more than the price for the room for 3 people. Scammers, keep away and be aware.
