“An unexpected surprise that it was so clean and also quiet overnight”
+It’s clean, the staff are friendly and helpful,, it’s in a good location.
−The fact the rooftop area is closed when no one is manning the bar, need some form of lockable roller doors to lock the bar up so people don’t have to go up and down a lot of stairs for a cigarette, they could relax and smoke on the rooftop

“Amazing”
+I spent the last four months at this hostel, and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience! I met some truly amazing people, made unforgettable memories, and felt at home throughout my stay. The staff are incredibly friendly and welcoming, which makes this place even more special. I’d come back a thousand times without hesitation. Thank you for everything! ❤️

+Staff were really accommodating, especially Phoebe. I arrived way before check-in time after travelling for nearly 30hrs just wanting to leave my bags there. However, my room was already prepared, so they let me go straight up, which was extremely appreciated after a long flight.

“A lovely and comfortable stay in Melbourne, perfect for our last minute weekend getaway!”
+We had a lovely 5-day stay at Roamer in Melbourne while visiting for the marathon. The private room was perfect for our short last minute getaway, comfortable and a great base to explore the city and enjoy the marathon weekend. We really enjoyed our stay and would happily recommend it to others!
−There wasn’t much we didn’t like! Everything was great for our short stay, and we had a lovely experience overall.

“It was comfortable, i had a lot of rest and privacy.”
+First, the staff-on-duty accommodated me well. Next, the location is in a nearby suburb of Melbourne CBD. Trams are accessible to and from the city proper. Third, it is also a short walk away from St. Kilda Beach, with multiple food and drink options along the way. Lastly, it is a 10-minute walk from the Melbourne Airport Skybus pick-up and drop-off zone.
−I guess it is not the property itself, but the surroundings. There are pubs nearby and drunk customers sometimes get actually noisy during wee hours (1-3AM) which may disturb sleeping guests. Also, some guests themselves do not clean up their mess after using the common bathrooms.
