+Room was small and cozy, nice. Place is really cute and very clean.
−Something needs to improve as the decoration fall out from wall. What was bit disapointing was the staff. English is missing. When i arrived the aircon was on, which is ok. However i couldnt find the remoter and by evening i was deadly frozen. I need to do hard turn off once i found out how. Next day i was waiting till lunch time someone to come and try to find it. I just undr that the previous collegue couldnt find it him self so he didnt bother to find it or inform anyone about it. Lazines is big topic here. Communication was difficult and there were 0 flexibility when i inform them that i will not stay over night last day as i need to go to airpot. They specificaly notify me that for late check out i will be extra charged, twice ( English was bit issue here ) after explaining i will EARLY check out no discount of anything wasnt possible. Next day they send request to give them nice review and tag them in ig story. Well.... nice place but no extra flexibility or there is never anyone to provide any support or info.

“Bed bugs in the mattress caused severe inflammation”
+I lived in this guesthouse many times. But this time I was severely bitten by bedbugs. I will not stay in this place in the future.

“The place is used to be new and perfectly clean. Now it’s outdated. But still beautiful. Good for short stay.”
+Beautiful villa and room design, comfortable bed and clean pool.
−Outdated, bathroom tiles with mold stains, old towels that smell bad after one time use, stains on the curtains, dust on the bed headboard and on the hanging lamps. Kitchen area - dirty utensils, stained cups. Room needs deep cleaning.
