“Great location nothing working place is tired”
+I have previously stayed here and the facilities weren't working and it now seems run down and tatty
−It sadly seems run down and tatty since my last stay with lots of things not working.. including roof top pool, elevator and the rubbish cart permanently parked outside my room. Multiple complaints made and it was still there

+Comfortable room with enough space
−Room smells humid, that was very disgusting. In the lobby area, a man was bothering me, looks like taking drugs, and I had the bad luck to see him in the morning and in the afternoon, the staff called the police, but it was a very bad moment, I didn't feel safe, somebody had to stop the entrance of problematic people. In addition, I could hear music from another place, so I couldn't be as quiet as I wished

“Good location, lots of space, poor state of repair”
+The room was large with a separate bedroom and living room/kitchenette, which was ideal for our purposes
−The property is divided across 3 building on 2 sides of the street, which means to get to reception you have to cross the road. The building we were in had to be accessed using a PIN code. The property has obviously not been updated for many years and so the state of repair of the furniture, rooms, elevators and stairwells is poor.
