“Perfect stop over - quiet and secure -with just a short walk to town.”
+This is a real gem of a place to stay - close to town but also far enough out to be totally secret and very quiet. Great hosts and really nice breakfast.
−Cannot fault - just fitted the bill for our stay

“Garden paradise”
+The property was surrounded by a gorgeous garden in a very quiet area of Geraldine. The room was compact, beautifully decorated and spotlessly clean. Shower was piping hot. Breakfast was basic and adequate- poached fruit selection, cereals and tea or coffee. Our hosts Jenny and Ken were delightful, eager to share local knowledge and warmly friendly. Two cats only allowed in the house not the guest room. Lovely chocolate Labrador Spaniel cross too. Good access and parking within metres of the room.
−No negatives

+Spotlessly clean room in a lovely garden. Friendly and knowledgeable hosts.
−One of the reviews we read before booking said it was located in the town. That said, its only a short drive and well worth it.

“Overall, we enjoyed our stay and complement our hosts on the lovely full breakfast which is included.”
+Single compact room with ensuite, very comfortable and clean.
−A bit remote, however still only a 5 (ish) minute drive to town. The room was a little small.

“Excellent and great value for money”
+Ken and Jenny were kind hosts, very welcoming and have a great setup for travellers, nestled in the bush above the Geraldine township. The room was very quiet and warm, the parking and access was easy and had a very pleasant stay.
−There were no negatives. Everything about the booking met or exceeded my expectations.

“We would not hesitate to stay here again. Sorry no photos taken but you will see these online anyway.”
+Staying here worked well for us. It’s slightly out of Geraldine central but we had a car so this wasn’t an issue. Beautiful quiet setting. The hosts were very accommodating and friendly. They had a couple of very nice cats that I thought were wonderful.
−Clean comfortable, quiet and good breakfast.
