“Wow”
+This is a little gem, the owners go that extra mile to make your stay as best as possible, the finishing touches are everywhere. If you want a personal stay with outstanding views and to feel spoilt, then this is for you, we will definitely be back.

“So welcoming and peaceful”
+very welcoming hosts and Denises breakfast was exceptional and prepared with such care and thought including health and nutrition, and a table of drinks and snacks available all the time we were there. A very peaceful location and T there was a nice view of the river although we didnt have enough time to explore the walks. Our grandchildren loved the history and the soft play at nearby Morwellan Quay and visiting Cothele Manor.
−There is a\ very bumpy lane to the house and it would have been a bonus to have had a television in our room as we get so little chance to watch it!

+We had the most amazing stay at this beautiful B&B in Cornwall. From the moment we arrived, everything felt incredibly special. The location is absolutely stunning, nestled amongst beautiful greenery with wonderful walks right on the doorstep. Our accommodation was pristine, with a gorgeous room, lovely views and a beautiful outdoor balcony , such a peaceful place to relax and take everything in. But what really made our stay so memorable were our wonderful hosts. The house is filled with warmth, heart and soul, and they genuinely went above and beyond to make our stay perfect. Nothing was too much trouble.

“Fantastic vacation”
+Awesome awesome location. Denise and Richard were great hosts. Denise’s breakfast was something to look forward to every morning - it was delight to the eyes and tummy. She took great efforts to cater to all our dietary requirements with precision. Richard was a great guide to us and helped plan our days in the region. All in all it was a lovely stay for us

“A haven of peace and tranquility”
+This is a beautiful property, literally a home from home. Being next to a small weir run, the sound of a soft water flow drifts you to relaxation. On a wonderful private terrace. Richard & Denise go beyond for attention to detail and a warm family welcome. Not to mention the, best breakfasts ever had from B&B, knocks spots of any hotel!!!

+If we could have rated more than 10 we would have. Absolutely loved our stay, so welcoming, friendly and the property was a wow. It was more than expected. Food was incredible and our room perfect.
