“Good accommodation for the price”
+Room was a great size for our family of 5. Kitchen was well equipped. Great location across from the river
−There was a heater which didn't heat the room very quickly. Mattress was bouncy and not great to sleep on

“WAS GOOD FOR A SHORT STAY”
+NO BREAKFAST PROVIDED
−THE TV WAS TO SMALL FOR THIS DAY AND AGE PLUS NO ACCESS TO STREAMING. TVS ARE CHEAP THESE DAYS SO NO EXCUSE, SPEND THE MONEY AND KEEP YOUR CUSTOMERS HAPPY.

“Scenic outlook and comfortable place to stay.”
+Lovely shady spot close to the river. Very scenic outlook. Beds were comfy and there was a heater when it got chilly.
−Bedspread on main bed a bit threadbare.

“Perfect for our requirements, amazing location, very spacious room, felt like home.”
+Loved the location, right on the river, and host was welcoming and friendly. The rooms (although dated) were very spacious and comfortable, and had everything we needed, right down to a full sized oven and stove, decent sized fridge and plenty of bench space. Beds were comfortable, heater in room and free wifi, would definitely stay again, perfect for family with older children (not toddlers, as only outdoor area is carpark then onto main busy road).
−Was perfect for us and our requirements. As mentioned above was a little dated (Lino on floor) but still tidy. If we’re being really picky the pressure in the shower was quite weak but still does the job, no paywave at reception. Typical old school motel, was good value for money.
