“Lovely hotel, rude staff”
+Clean rooms and hotel in general, really good location very close to the town, lovely food
−We were encountered by one very rude member of staff as we were checking out. We are a group of 18/19 year old girls and had gone out the night before. The member of staff checked us out and told us we were “f**king brave to leave the hotel wearing what we did” the previous night and described our outfits as “next to nothing”. It is halloween weekend so we were dressed up in fancy dress. His tone and language were absolutely disgusting and we were extremely offended by this smart comment as 18/19 year old girls. He was much older than us. Very dissapointing for such a lovely hotel

“A lovely place to spend your nights while visiting Sligo.”
+The room was huge and the view amazing. Bed was perfect in every way. Shower and bathroom was great. The front desk and people working the breakfast were all very friendly and helpful.
−Not really a negative because it was super fast, but if you want room service, you need to go down to the restaurant and pick it up yourself and pay at the time. Just a fact to be aware of before stripping off.

+Great hotel and beautiful location on the river. Only issue was 2/3 charging outlets didn’t work. The manager was gracious and provided drinks at the bar at no cost but was still inconvenient
