“Home away from home”
+Wonderful Kiwi hospitality in a dynamic area. The host was so professional as well as attentive to her guests requirements. I felt so at home there. A must do stop on a driving holiday.
−The weather a bit cold for tropical me. But in the lodge it was warm.

“Loved it, I will definitely be back!”
+Everything was excellent - location close to everything, hospitality of the staff, convenience across the road from Karangahake Gorge walkways, and comfort. Loved the spa pools, BBQ area and shared lounge/kitchen space.
−The kitchen did not have an oven or stove to cook our food which I was hoping was included. Deck area was a little untidy. But those things were very minor
