“Unexpectation room”
+The front desk staff on the day of check-in were very kind, friendly, and welcoming. They provided excellent customer service and made a positive first impression, despite the disappointing condition of the room. The staff on the second day were unable to resolve the issues despite my polite requests for assistance. I was disappointed that my concerns were not properly addressed, especially after explaining the discomfort I experienced due to the room's poor condition. I expected better service and a more effective response to ensure a comfortable stay. Despite having checked in, we decided not to stay at the hotel due to the unpleasant room conditions mentioned earlier, which made it impossible for us to feel comfortable or get a good night's rest. We subsequently contacted Booking.com and requested their assistance in resolving the issue and obtaining a refund, even though we had not stayed in the room. However, the hotel rejected our refund request without showing any flexibility, understanding, or consideration of our circumstances. We find this extremely disappointing and unfair, as we were forced to seek alternative accommodation due to the hotel's unsatisfactory room conditi
−The room had a strong, unpleasant musty smell that made it uncomfortable to stay in. The pillows smelled sour and unhygienic, making it difficult to rest comfortably. The lighting was very dim, creating an unpleasant atmosphere, and the TV was not functioning properly, adding to my frustration. Overall, the room was far below my expectations and did not provide a comfortable or relaxing environment. I was extremely disappointed with the room conditions, as they significantly affected my comfort and overall stay.

+We liked the outdoor pool, but the lights are turned off in the evening, so it’s too dark to get back to the hotel.
−We didn’t like that the upper floor is stuffy and there is no air conditioning. The doors are old and difficult to lock. The room needs renovation. There is no kettle with coffee, tea, and sugar in the room, even basic items such as a few cups, plates, spoons, forks, and knives. There is no air freshener in the bathroom. The room also does not have a safe for storing important documents, money.
