+The place looks exactly like the photos, but it's even more beautiful in person! The location is amazing, and the view is stunning. I also loved the little touches, like having coffee, tea, water, and some snacks available. The staff are super kind and welcoming, which made the stay even better. I really loved everything about this place and would definitely stay here again!

“Clean, big room, wonderful central location”
+Lovely big room, very clean, wonderful central location near lots of cafes and shops. Despite being in the square, the windows were well insulated so you really didn’t hear much from the street when the windows were closed. Also loved that there were complimentary snacks, coffee and tea which were refilled each day if you had used some. Would highly recommend staying here.
−Nothing to complain about.

“Pleasant, clean, somewhat good location if not busy. Felt secure and safe.”
+Location was pretty good, if not in a very busy area. Clean.
−Did not have enough blankets, never saw any of the help. They only communicated through texting. We at least like to see someone once when checking in. A bit confused on the city tax. Told us just to leave the cash on the desk in an envelope and gave us one amount and then a different amount another time. Kind of strange.

+The room and bathroom were comfortable, the AC worked great. The room was one of 4 in a refurbished apartment. It was great for our stay because it was all we needed for our few days in Rome.

“Fantastic location and good value for money”
+Fantastic location - a quick 5 minute walk to St Peter’s in one direction and the metro in the other. Easy to find and convenient self check in for when you are arriving late. Clean and everything needed was provided - including aircon!
−The mattress on the bed was not the most comfortable and seemed to be dipping significantly on one side.

+A very comfortable room with a great view. Marco was incredibly helpful and kind and made the experience even better. Really loved the complimentary amenities and snacks in the room too. Those little touches make such a big difference! The location is incredible if you're going to the Vatican. And still easy to get into the more central areas.
