−This is probably the worst hotel I have ever stayed at. The soundproofing is terrible, especially because the hotel is right next to a busy road. It was extremely noisy at night, and the overall environment was also very poor. Everything feels old and outdated. I paid extra to upgrade to a triple room, but the soundproofing was still awful. I could clearly hear people talking upstairs from inside my room, and I could even hear the couple in the room next door having sex. The walls and floors seemed to offer almost no sound insulation at all. To make things even worse, at around 5 or 6 in the morning, the front desk staff repeatedly knocked on the door of the room next to mine for at least ten minutes. They were making a huge amount of noise and seemed to be trying to get the guests to leave. Do they not realize that there are other guests who are still sleeping? There was absolutely no consideration for anyone else staying at the hotel. Overall, this was an extremely unpleasant experience. I will definitely not be staying here again.

+Great location with easy access to the city center.
−The breakfast variety was very poor. Also, we had a major issue with the hotel staff: they insisted that we cancel our Booking.com reservation and tried to charge an extra 200 USD, or else they wouldn't give us the room. This aggressive pressure to modify or cancel the booking was extremely unprofessional and disappointing.

+recepcia veľmi ústretová, mohli sme si pozrieť izbu a vybrať pred platbou, útulný skôr rodinný hotel, bolo čisto

−The rooms were not cozy or attractive at all, and the bed was uncomfortable. The location is very far from the city center, which made getting around inconvenient. The breakfast was very poor and quite limited.
