+We stayed in the newly remodeled room and it was so big and comfortable. They had enough places to eat that I didn't have to leave the hotel. All of the staff was so friendly.
−Only thing I had a problem with was checking in. The line was all the way outside and only 2 clerks were working. It took almost 2 hrs to check in.

“Nice property, not the best stay but it worked for the purpose of our trip.”
+Room was large, beds were comfortable and shower water pressure was good. Some staff were really nice.
−The carpet in our room was wet, not damp but wet. We notified housekeeping and the front desk and were given a food and beverage credit for the inconvenience. The time it took to speak with a live body was unacceptable. We brought up the concern the first time and they sent someone to our room with a vaccum to (I'm guessing) take out the excess water from the carpet. This person that came mentioned he would be bringing this up with management as the carpet was in his opinion also too damp. That was the last i heard about the issue. I went to the front desk to bring up the concern and the kind lady was very sympathetic and tried to make things right so we are satisfied however the problem was really not addressed during our stay. I would have appreciated more effort on the part of the staff to try and do something about the situation. I appreciated the Food and beverage credit as it was a kind gesture however we still would have preferred the issue to either not have happened or have the issue fixed.

“Rooms are nice but wouldn’t return.”
+Room was nice very spacious and clean.
−Customer service is terrible. Waited 1 hr just to check in and elevators took forever. Very hard to reach someone on the phone for support as well.

“Comfy rest.”
+Room with a view was great. The rate for the room was better than expected, the evening dinning was great, and the entertainment was "entertaining ".also the free parking. Can't beat that.
−The placement of the A/C was different but worked ok.

+Very nice hotel. The remodeled tower is very nice.
−There were 2 different stays where the hotel check-in staff didn't tell the us how the elevators work. Something so simple and common sense.

“Overall the room was beautiful, clean, and the pool was amazing!”
+Room was so clean and bigger than expected! Amenities were phenomenal.
−I paid for late check out of 2pm and had a new hotel guest try coming into my room 45 minutes after check out. They were issued cards for my room. Then housekeeping coming 15 minutes after that to clean the room. Made no sense and was a violation of privacy and safety

“Good value for what we were looking for.”
+It was a convenient location. We, I believe, got a good nightly rate. The registration staff were friendly and helpful. The dealers were all friendly and had good attitudes.
−It felt like the property was being prepped to shut down. Or completely remodeled. The pool was shut down for some repairs or facelift? The whole Masquerade wing of the hotel was shut down. Slots were turned off or inoperable. Total ghost town. Somewhat eerie walking through an area so quiet especially in Vegas. Our room although spacious and well appointed (small fridge). The wall paper under the bathroom sink was falling down. It was clean though. I am not unhappy for the price we paid. All credit to the staff for a good stay.

“My stay was horrible. I tried to find another hotel but they were all booked up.”
+Just the convenience to the football stadium.
−The Hotel slot machines were all off. You really couldn’t gamble there. What’s the point of staying there if you have to leave to another hotel to go gamble. The hotel was dead with no nite life or people. The pool was closed. It was a long line for check in. No kiosks to expedite the check in process. My shower was whistling when you turned the water on. It was horrible….
