“Great location. Very nice accommodations. Friendly staff.”
+We only had one night in Naples and chose this for the location. It was incredibly charming, carved out of the top floors of an old palace. The staff were very helpful, the room was quiet and nicely appointed. The location did not disappoint - an easy walk to the places we were going and right on the subway line, which we rode mostly for the experience rather than out of need.

+The location was perfect. Behind the slightly surprising front entrance was the most amazing hotel which was extremely comfortable and clean with delicious breakfasts. The staff were lovely and so helpful - particularly Lorenza who went out of her way to help with restaurant suggestions, taxis and generally making our stay wonderful. We would all definitely recommend!!

“perfect for a quick fix of the manic Naples, excellent location.”
+Breakfast was excellent and very much the feel of sitting in someone's kitchen while they cooked breakfast for you.

“Nice place, not really a hotel.”
+Our room was lovely. Very comfortable bed and excellent air conditioning.
−I would say it’s more like serviced apartments than a hotel. Nothing wrong with that but I’d probably choose somewhere else. I also don’t like small spaces so never used the lift. Again not fault of the hotel, I just would have chosen elsewhere. Room toiletries aren’t very good at all and no soap by the sink. Also the toiletries were never replenished. So all in all, I think the hotel is prices too high for what it is.

“A wonderful and welcoming stay in a perfect central location, made extra special by the exceptional hospitality of Loren”
