“Extremely disappointed- Filthy property intimidating host”
+There was nothing to like from property to host. Terrible experience
−One of the worst accommodation experiences I have ever had. The property looked absolutely nothing like the pictures advertised on Booking.com. It was filthy, poorly maintained and lacked even basic facilities, including a proper usable shower. However, the worst part was the host’s behaviour. We simply asked whether the city tax was included in our booking, and instead of answering politely, the host became aggressive and intimidating, forcefully slamming doors. I genuinely felt unsafe and extremely uncomfortable staying at this property. As a frequent traveller, I have stayed in many hotels and apartments, but I have rarely experienced such unacceptable conditions and behaviour. I am shocked that a property like this is listed on a reputable platform such as Booking.com. The pictures are misleading, the cleanliness is unacceptable, and the host’s behaviour raises serious concerns about guest safety. I would strongly advise other travellers to avoid this property at all costs. I wouldn’t stay here again even if Booking.com paid me to do so, let alone spend my own hard-earned money on such an awful experience.

“E' stata una esperienza terrificante e ho dovuto trovare un altro posto”
−Tutto era sporco e antigienico, non a norma di legge sulle condizioni igienico sanitarie, lenzuola sporche di sangue, prodotti per la pulizia personale erano già stati usati da precedenti clienti, rubinetteria piena di calcare, capelli ovunque. Non la consiglierei neanche al mio peggior nemico........

“Mai visto nulla di così sporco !”
+Nulla ! La posizione…. Non era male perché era molto vicino alla metro però non è una delle posizioni più sicure ecco
−Tutto ! Non ho nulla di buono da dire ! Camera tutta e dico tutta sporca e piena di muffa ! Il letto era rotto ! Dovevi stare attento a come ti muovevi sul letto altrimenti rischiavi di cadere a terra , la doccia e il bagno in sé …. Non ne parliamo , tutto incrostato , mi sono rifiutata di fare la doccia quella sera per lo schifo che c’era nella doccia ! Pavimento e pareti sporchi , rotti e con grandi macchie di muffa ! Le porte non si chiudevano nemmeno bene talmente hanno preso umidità! Mi sono ammalata per l’umidità che c’era in quella camera ! Direi che le foto parlano da sole !
