+Host helped us to find the riad in the middle of the night. There was no problem with late arrival. We could keep our bags in the riad for the day of check-out.

+The communication and the exchange by email was good to start with. The arrangements went well and we were well welcome by the person who was working there.
−Unfortunately, the place was not corresponding to the pictures and didn't correspond to what we were expecting, our bathroom/toilet door was not closing and the room missed of intimacy and light. And the place overall was not very clean. We couldn't stay one night, we left..

+Hosts were very friendly and welcoming. The woman at breakfast was also very friendly and welcoming. The riad overall was okay and the rooftop terrace was a bonus. For the price I paid, I would compare this to an Ibis budget. Although this has more facilities than an Ibis, the cleanliness was certainly not on par.
−Very uncomfortable beds, I spoke with the other 2 guests there and they agreed. My room was disgustingly filthy, the provided fridge had crumbs and stains from the last guest, bathroom sink had rust stains on it, the bed frame was rusted and the canopy of the bed was covered in 3 inch think dust!! However for the price I paid per night, I would recommend if you are on a budget.

“Super séjour”
+L’établissement est propre et agréable. Les chambres sont bien équipés (climatisation, frigo, produits d’hygiène). Jawad, Mina et Younes on été adorables et serviables pendant tout le séjour. Une pensée particulière pour Mina qui a été d’une grande gentillesse et avec qui nous avons beaucoup aimé échange et découvrir la culture marocaine .

+J’ai adoré l’emplacement à 2 minutes de la place des épices, le petit déjeuner est très bon. Younes et Amina sont exceptionnels !
−J’ai trouvé la chambre vétuste. Et le Riad n’est pas bien entretenu alors qu’il a un potentiel incroyable avec une très jolie terrasse qui domine la médina

“Poczuj klimat tradycyjnego riadu i zanurz się w medynie!”
+Obiekt położony w sercu medyny - świetna lokalizacja. Idealne miejsce dla tych, którzy chcą poczuć klimat tradycji Maroko. Pomocny personel, właściciel jest w stanie pomóc w organizacji wycieczki za miasto, a Junes z recepcji pomaga z ciężkimi bagażami. Goście hotelowi mogą liczyć na prywatność - nikt nie wchodzi do pokoju przez okresu pobytu.
−W pokoju nie ma czym oddychać (co nie jest winą właściciela, tylko wynika z charakterystyki architektury). Kiedy otworzy się okno na wewnętrzny dziedziniec jest trochę lepiej (w riadach nie ma okien na zewnątrz). Śniadania są (poza serkami topionymi) tylko na słodko, co nie wszystkim będzie odpowiadać. Pokój jest mały (ale to znowu wina tradycyjnej architektury), a ze względu na grube ściany jest w nim dość chłodno i wilgotno (np. ręczniki nie chcą schnąć). Drzwi do łazienki się nie domykają, a moskitiera przy łóżku wymagałaby prania.

+Il Riad è carino e tradizionale. Ottima posizione e rapporto qualità-prezzo.
−La colazione era inclusa nella prenotazione e a parte un giorno dove ci siamo svegliati tardi, gli altri giorni non c'era nessuno per farla.
